About the Person
As Chief Human Resources Officer for TeamHealth, Norman will oversee and manage the organization`s human resources (HR) infrastructure as it relates to talent acquisition and management, development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations for TeamHealth`s more than 18,000 affiliated healthcare providers and administrative employees. Prior to his time at TeamHealth, Norman served as the senior vice president of HR, senior vice president of sales operations and HR corporate business partners, vice president of HR for pharmaceutical distribution, and director of HR for Cardinal Health. Norman holds a bachelor`s degree in human resources management from the University of Texas at San Antonio, is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
