She retired on March 1, 2016 after spending nearly 13 years with A. O. Smith. She had been vice president-global human resources of the North America, India, and Europe operations since 2007. She also held the roles of director-corporate human resources and vice president-corporate human resources and organizational development. She earned Bachelor of ARts degree in Business and Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University and MBA in Business from Florida Atlantic University.
