Elizabeth Williams is an accomplished human resources professional with more than 15 years experience in manufacturing and corporate environments for privately-held and publicly-traded companies. Her specialty is building foundational HR infrastructures for start-ups and growth-mode businesses. Elizabeth has a broad range of experience including recruitment and retention, policy and procedure development, health and safety administration, healthcare design and administration, and organizational development. Her strengths include talent management, business and leadership coaching, benefits and compensation administration, and employee relations. She is a strong business adviser for managers and business owners and an avid employee advocate. Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Adrian College. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an active member of Detroit SHRM. Elizabeth earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2002 and has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2009.
