Debi Elkins has been the Benefits Manager for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. since 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in the benefit industry. She is currently responsible for leading, developing and implementing the strategic direction of U.S. and Canadian employee and executive benefit programs and initiatives that are aligned with Popeyes company objectives. She has worked with a diverse range of employment groups in the computer software development and quick service restaurant industries varying in size from 250 to more than 2,000 employees. Most recently she was a guest speaker at the WorldCongress Voluntary & Ancillary Benefit Conference. She is currently serving on Popeyes International Franchise Association Healthcare Reform Task Force and is a Board member of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB).
