Claudine MaCartney is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of AIG. As AIG Chief HR Officer, Claudine leads a multi-faceted and diverse team of HR professionals in the development and implementation of a strategic human capital plan that ensures that incentives, professional development, attraction and retention are aligned with strategic goals. Previously, Claudine led the AIG Human Capital Planning and Business Partner Practice. Claudine facilitated the business expansion in developing markets and managed the build-out of the AIG Divestiture group. These assignments have earned her recognition as a thought leader and strategic architect of organizational transformations, and a driver of large scale global change in insurance and across the human resources community. Claudine holds a B.A. in Political Science from Richard Stockton College and has been with AIG since 1997.
