And with simplicity comes speed. We`ve set out to give people their time back. Tablo dramatically reduces the time involved in setting up and managing dialysis. About the Person
Anne-Marie leads the People function at Outset and brings more than 20 years of experience in organizational development, nearly all within the medical device industry. She has managed the human resource function at companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar global firms, focusing on attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent and ensuring that company culture is aligned with business strategy. Her philosophy is that the people function should be a proactive business partner that develops positive relationships to accelerate business growth. Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Master`s Degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. Previously Anne-Marie served as Vice President of Human Resources at Acclarent, Inc. (acquired by Johnson & Johnson). She also held leadership roles at XTENT, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTNT), Cytyc Corporation (NASDAQ: CYTC/acquired by Hologic, HOLX) and Medtronic (NYSE: MDT). The early part of Anne-Marie`s career was spent with Cargill and Honeywell International (NYSE: HON).
