Coastal Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit community behavioral healthcare organization, which was originally founded in Sarasota as Storefront Centers for Counseling more than 40 years ago. Since that time, Coastal has grown to over 200 employees who serve more than 6,000 individuals in Sarasota, DeSoto, Charlotte, Lee, and Manatee counties each year.
