HR Execs on the Move

ZeroFOX is looking for a creative and energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing, press, analyst, product management, and branding initiatives. You will be an individual with a passion for developing and communicating a vision for a high-growth company. As our Marketing leader, you should have experience in overseeing a wide range of areas including product and corporate marketing, building brand awareness through all media platforms, collateral package composition, distribution channel management, market research, building strategic partnerships, and customer service.

As the Marketing leader for ZeroFOX, you will also work cross-departmentally and act as a decision-maker to develop and execute consistent and compelling key messages conveying the passion and unique niche of the company. You will play a large role in the management of the talent acquisition process to build out a killer global communications team.

This individual will be a member of the executive team and will report directly to the CEO.

• You are comfortable communicating with and presenting to investors, industry analysts, board members, other C-Suite executives, media outlets and customers.
• You actively seek out strategic partnerships.
• You have a track record of creating innovative visions.
• You are organized and calendar-driven.
• You are ready to burn the midnight oil to get us to our IPO.
• You are flexible and can quickly adapt to change.
• You are passionate about your work and making a meaningful contribution to a high-growth company.
• You can effectively manage and inspire your team.
• You seek out feedback from and proactively collaborate with other departments to make sure they have all necessary marketing materials and information.
• You are familiar with the cyber security industry, particularly when it comes to competitor positioning.
• You have a Bachelors degree in a related field with the corresponding experience as a previous VP of Marketing or CMO of a technology / product company. A MBA is a plus.
