About the Person
Yvonne E. Kalucis brings 20+ years of human resources experience to MXD Group. She began her career in retail but after graduating from law school she found herself in human resources, fell in love with the field and has been practicing ever since. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor`s degree in fashion merchandising then got her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Her training as an HR professional came as her career progressed with L Brands for eleven years. Most recently she led the human resource function at RG Barry Brands where she provided human resource leadership and oversight to the business and worked closely with the senior leadership team to develop a winning corporate culture and optimum efficiency of operations in compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational development and employee relations. Under her tutelage, RG Barry was recognized a record three times in a row by Columbus CEO Magazine as one of the best places to work in Columbus.
