Xavier Kuri Melo is the Director of Human Resource Shared Service Operations at Kellogg Company. Prior to that, Xavier served in various roles at Kellogg Company since joining the company in November 1999. Previously, Xavier had also served at Mabe from January 1999 - October 1999. Xavier earned Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in 1998.
