About the Person
Wyatt has served as a development and investment executive within some of the Southeast`s premier multifamily firms including Camden Property Trust (and predecessor Summit Properties), Lane Company, and Faison. During his career, Wyatt has been responsible for the development of over 4,500 apartment units in the Carolinas and South Florida with a capital commitment of over $550 million. Additionally, he has facilitated the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of over 900 units with a transaction value of over $36 million. Previously, Wyatt served as Lane Company`s development partner in the Carolinas and Virginia, and as Managing Director with Faison Enterprises, Inc., where he was responsible for the firm`s multifamily acquisition and development activity in the Carolinas.
