Mr. Chiang has more than 30 years experience in the energy industry. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at Occidental Petroleum Corporation (Ticker: OXY) from June 2012 to June 10, 2015. Mr. Chiang served as Senior Vice President of Refining, Marketing, Transportation and Commercial of ConocoPhillips since October 2010 until May 1, 2012. He served as President of downstream strategy, integration and specialty businesses of ConocoPhillips since 2003 and its President of Americas supply and trading, commercial since 2005. Mr. Chiang serves as Member of Board of Directors for the Society for the Performing Arts (SPA). He serves as a Director of Plains All American GP LLC. He has been a Director of PAA GP Holdings LLC, the General Partner of Plains GP Holdings, L.P. since February 21, 2017. He served as a Director of DCP Midstream GP, LLC, a General Partner of DCP Midstream Partners LP since December 2007. He served on the boards of Chevron Phillips Chemical. He is a Member of the American Petroleum Institute Downstream Committee. He has also been involved in numerous youth and education efforts in the community. Mr. Chiang received a Bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1981 and completed the 2004 Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
