About the Person
William F. Rothenbach, also known as Bill, joined Haines in 2015 as Vice President – Human Resources. In his role he has broad responsibility for developing and executing the company`s people strategy, objectives and policies Prior to joining Haines, Bill served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources for the fluid handling business of Colfax Corporation located in Charlotte, NC. Previous to Colfax, Bill was Senior Vice President – Human Resources for Old Mutual Financial Network, the U.S. subsidiary of a global Fortune 200 company. Earlier in his career, Bill also held Human Resources leadership positions with well-known companies like Black & Decker, Proctor & Gamble, Bausch & Lomb and Sara Lee Corporation. He holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron and a B.A. in Psychology from Edinboro University. Bill resides in Bel Air, MD with his wife Christine and two daughters. He is on the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Human Resources Foundation.
