William J. Nee, also known as Bill, is Chief Human Resources Officer at Phillips-Medisize. Previously, he was Vice President of Human Resources at Arctic Cat, Inc. Prior to joining Arctic Cat, Mr. Nee worked for Express Scripts from September 2008 to April 2010, where he served as Vice President—Human Resources, Operations. Before joining Express Scripts, Mr. Nee was employed as Senior Vice President at Fiskars Brands, Inc. from October 2004 to September 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Nee spent 12 years with Newell Rubbermaid in senior human resources assignments. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and a graduate degree from Michigan State University.
