William D. Nash, also known as Bill, is the President at CarMax, effective Feb. 1, 2016. Bill has been an Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Administrative Services at CarMax Inc. since March 2012. Mr. Nash served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising at CarMax Inc. since 2010 until October 2011. He joined CarMax in 1997 as Auction Manager. He subsequently served as Auction Director, Assistant Vice President of auction services, and Vice President of auction services at CarMax Inc. He served as Vice President of Merchandising at CarMax Inc. since 2007. Prior to joining CarMax, he held various positions at Circuit City and he worked in public accounting. He holds Bachelor`s degree in Business Accounting from James Madison University.
