Prior to that, Will had served at Wolters Kluwer, Philips Healthcare, General Mills and Corporate America Family Credit Union. Will earned Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999 and Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2002.
