About the Person
Wilemia Shaw is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Commercial and Field Operations at Southern Glazer`s. Shaw will help lead the development and execution of the human resources strategy for the combined company, including the definition of the HR operating model to support the business. She will also serve as interim Chief Human Resources Officer, leading overall human resources while assisting in the selection of a successor for this role. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Glazers Distributors. Wilemia Shaw joined Glazer`s in December 2011. Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Home Team Pest Defense. Wilemia earned a BS degree from Texas Woman`s University and is a certified trainer and facilitator in Civil Treatment. Wilemia is also associated with several non-profit organizations.
