Wendy Sullock Rogers is the Chief Talent Officer at LPA, Inc. In the role as Chief Talent Officer, Rogers will be responsible for the recruitment of new talent as well as the oversight of career development. Rogers is a leader in K-12 school design. During her 28-year architectural career, Rogers has been recognized with more than 35 national, state and component AIA awards for her design work with K-12 schools; in addition to serving on the U.S. Green Building Council of Orange County (USGBC-OC) and AIA`s Orange County chapter in various leadership roles.
