, -based MasterCorp Appointed Wendy Moran as Vice President Talent Acquisition, Engagement and Retention
In 1981, Alan Grindstaff began a small cleaning business as he worked his way through college. He began servicing Fairfield Glade near Crossville, Tennessee and quickly distinguished himself with his high standards of cleanliness, his integrity, and his keen business sense. In 1984, MasterCorp was incorporated in Tennessee as a local commercial and residential cleaning business under Alan`s leadership. After quickly exceeding expectations at Fairfield Glade, service to Fairfield Plantation in Georgia was added. Growth seemed to be a natural progression as word of mouth spread from one resort to the next. Today, widely regarded as the leader in the industry, MasterCorp provides services to well over 200 property owner associations throughout the United States. During peak season, we employ around 5,000 housekeeping professionals. To foster that growth, we have developed experienced leaders who share Alan`s passion for cleanliness.
Wendy Moran is Vice President Talent Acquisition, Engagement and Retention at MasterCorp. Previously, Wendy held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
