Calling itself real estate’s only “business format” franchise, the franchise network has rapid grown and by end of 2007 stood at 350 affiliated offices. Add another 200 company-owned offices and this group operates in 35 states generating revenues in excess of $73 billion in 2006, with some 22,000 sales associates and over 2500 employees.   Weichert Realtors is a member of The Real Estate Companies of the World Network. In 2007 Weichert Realtors was also recognized as one of the Top 10 Titans of the Real Estate Industry.
