Wayne Pack comes to us with more than 30 years of experience as a strategic business partner in the area of human resources management with RCA Corp., General Electric and Thomson Consumer Electronics, his latest appointment being with BrightPoint North America. His experience includes all areas of human resources strategy and program development including employee engagement, talent management, compensation, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and communications, talent acquisition, as well as succession and workforce planning. He earned a bachelor of science in secondary education from Tennessee Technological University.
