Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services is an onshore drilling and well services contractor that works with exploration and production companies in the U.S. and internationally. Our company was founded in 2005 by a team of industry veterans with a history of driving innovation in rig engineering. Upon completion of our 2011-2012 new build program, our fleet will consist of 19 drilling rigs and 11extended reach coil service rigs which combine leading-edge technology with patented advancements. Our drilling rigs are among the industry`s newest, and most are purpose-built for North America`s unconventional shale plays. With Xtreme`s proprietary Coil Over Top Drive® design, our dual-purpose rigs provide the flexibility of drilling with either jointed pipe or larger diameter coiled tubing. We also offer the latest AC drive technologies, PLC-based controls, automated pipe handling and large-capacity mud pumps. Additionally, multi-well skidding systems and modular designs make our rigs highly mobile. Xtreme is currently drilling primarily in the U.S. Rocky Mountain region with rigs in the Denver-Julesburg Basin in Colorado, including the Niobrara Shale; the Williston Basin in North Dakota, including the Bakken Shale; and the Oregon Basin in Wyoming. We also have a rig working in South Texas in the Austin Chalk.
