About the Person

Warren D. Lindley joined Health Care Service Corporation as vice president of talent solutions in 2016 and leads all talent acquisition, learning and talent management activities for the company.   Prior, Lindley was the global vice president of talent, learning and organization effectiveness for Walgreens Boots Alliance. Before that he was the divisional vice president of talent, learning and organization effectiveness for Walgreens. He was vice president of talent optimization and HR governance for Kellogg Company. Prior, he was manager of people development for Pizza Hut/Yum! Brands, and before that Lindley worked as manager of distribution center organization capability and training for the Kmart Corporation.   He has served on the board of directors of Family and Children Services and on the board of directors for Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.   Lindley received a bachelor`s in psychology from Illinois State University and a master`s in industrial and organization psychology from Missouri State University.
