About the Person
With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Virginia has successfully delivered services across the complete Human Resources function. For the last 16 years Virginia has successfully led global teams in high growth, fast paced, matrix organizations. Most recently Virginia was the Senior Director of Human Resources supporting the Global Customer Support and Services division within Oracle Corporation, prior to that she was the Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources at Epicor Software, and also served with British Airways.
