About the Person
Vincent D. Carson has been the Chief Legal, Human Resource and Investor Relations Officer of Helen of Troy Limited since May 1, 2014 and served as its Secretary and General Counsel since November 1, 2001. Mr. Carson served as a Senior Vice President of Helen of Troy Limited from September 2010 to May 1, 2014. Previously, Mr. Carson served as a Vice President of Helen of Troy Limited from November 1, 2001 to September 2010. He joined Helen of Troy Ltd. in November 1, 2001, after a 16-year legal career in private practice. Prior to Helen of Troy, Mr. Carson was a shareholder in Brandys Carson & Pritchard, P.C. from 1993 to 2001, and was a shareholder at Mounce, Green, Myers, Safi & Galatzan, P.C. during 2001. Both firms are located in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Carson is responsible for coordination of all of its legal matters, including commercial transactions, intellectual property, litigation, real estate matters and human resources.
