Vikki has a wealth of experience in the aerospace and high tech industries. Her background and knowledge cover all areas of human resources, including: compensation, benefits, employee relations, policy administration, succession planning, employment law and talent acquisition. Vikki joined Ball Aerospace as a human resources business partner in 2005 and has held several positions with increasing responsibility since then. Most recently, she was director of HR Operations. Prior to joining Ball, she held human resources leadership positions at McDATA Corporation, netLibrary and the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. Vikki has a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida State University and is a certified senior professional in HR through The Society for Human Resource Management.
