About the Person
Victoria Turk is the Head of Human Resources for North America at SimCorp, effective January 26, 2015. Victoria has close to a decade of experience in the financial markets and joins SimCorp from Bloomberg, where she served as the HR Business Partner for 500+ people in the Research and Development Software Infrastructure Group and the CTO`s Office. She began her career at Bloomberg as a Team Leader within the analytics group and has also worked at Condé Nast Publications. In this role, Victoria spearheads all aspects of HR processes for SimCorp North America including: partnering with the business, mobility, organizational design and reviews, sourcing, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits. Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
