About the Person
Vicki Cervino Henn is the Chief Human Resources Officer at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., effective June 30, 2014. Prior to that, Henn served as the senior human resources business partner for Retail Banking, the PNC business segment with the largest employee base. Since joining PNC in 1993, Henn has held a number of leadership positions, including deputy director of human resources for the Regional Community Bank, eastern division HR manager and staffing manager for the Distribution Segment. She also served as managing director, Community Development Banking, which provided her with business experience outside Human Resources. Before PNC, Henn was an assistant HR manager for Macy's Northeast. Henn holds a bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
