Vincente C. Teixeira joined Bunge Limited as Chief Personnel Officer in 2008. Prior to Bunge, he served as served as director of human resources for Latin America at Dow Chemical and Dow Agrosciences in Brazil, a position he held since 2001. Before Dow, Mr. Teixeira served as director of human resources and administration for Union Carbide`s operations in Latin America and South Africa, starting in 1995. Previously, he had worked at Citibank for 21 years, where he ultimately served as human resources vice president for the company`s Brazilian operations. Mr. Teixeira earned an undergraduate degree in Business Communication and Publicity from Faculdade Integrada Alcantara Machado (FMU/FIAM), a Master of Business Administration from Faculdade Tancredo Neves and an Executive M.B.A. from PDG/EXEC in Brazil.
