About the Person
Veronika Hucke is Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Philips International. As Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Philips, Veronika is responsible for developing the global I&D agenda, leading the creation of I&D programs and helping drive implementation. Since assuming this role in 2011, she has collaborated across functions to ensure that inclusion and diversity are recognized as core to Philips’ culture and are embedded in all its HR processes. She has also worked with senior leadership to integrate diversity goals into the company’s key performance indicators. Veronika serves on the Executive Committee of The Conference Board, Diversity in Business Council. Her background is in Public Relations and brand management. After starting her career as a press officer at Hewlett-Packard, she took on senior communications roles at Xerox, Alcatel and Philips. Veronika holds a BA in European Business Administration from Middlesex University and a Business Diploma from Hochschule Reutlingen.
