Goodwill of Southern Nevada, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides education, employment and training for people with disabilities and other special needs to maximize the quality of life for each individual served. We support our mission though a process called "The Cycle of Giving". This means that we take donations from local Nevadans, items such as clothes, home goods, furniture and more, and sell in in our retail stores, online, and to recyclers/salvage buyers. The funds generated through the sale of these donated items are then used to fund job training and placement programs for local adults, veterans, and youth. Additionally, we have an active fund development/grant department and several annual special events that support our programs as well.

The mission of the South Dakota Shakespeare Festival (SDSF) is to increase the cultural, artistic and educational offerings of the state of South Dakota and surrounding regions through professional Shakespeare performances and arts education events delivered in a lively and accessible format. With Shakespeare`s work and words as our platform, we aim to ignite imaginations, stimulate a love and appreciation for language, foster a deeper understanding of humanity, cultivate a connection to history and world cultures, and stimulate audience members to think, feel, and learn about themselves and their local and global communities.
