About the Person
Valerie R. Wandler is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Morgan Lewis. She previously was senior vice president for HR services at Aramark, a position she held for nearly 15 years. At Morgan Lewis, Ms. Wandler will oversee human resources policies and practices for a global law firm employing more than 3,800 lawyers and professional staff. Over her career, Ms. Wandler has amassed a wide range of experience across industries that translate ideally to a law firm with personnel worldwide. At Aramark, she was responsible for US, international, executive, and board compensation practices; employee benefits design and administration; communications and shareholder relations; and HRMS (human resource management systems). She was a past member of Aramark`s Diversity Council. She held senior HR positions at ACE-INA and Cigna. Ms. Wandler received her BA in Business Administration from Temple University and an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Since 2014 she has been an adjunct professor at Temple University, focusing her teaching on HR analytics and Big Data, as well as other HR-related topics.
