Her Global leadership experience spans 54 unit locations in Asia, Europe, South and North America serving as many as 20,000 employees. Her creative organizational designs are enhanced with her certifications of Lean Leader and Six Sigma Black Belt. Val has an MBA and a second Master’s in Organizational Development. She is a published author and contributor to several books on making change and continuous improvement.
