Born 1958, Swiss citizen, HR Management, Harvard Business School. 1976 to 1990 Swissair AG, Kloten, last position as head of training subdivision. Urs Alder, who has been working at HUBER+SUHNER since 1991, joined the Executive Management Switzerland in 1998, and was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in 2003. After many years of valuable service, he has now decided to step back from the Executive Group Management at the end of June. He will continue to serve the company with his highly appreciated support as he will be responsible for global education and training, the pension fund, the HUBER+SUHNER foundation and facility management in Switzerland.
