At Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, we teach the science, practice, and business of the world of aviation and aerospace. The curriculum at Embry-Riddle covers the operation, engineering, research, manufacturing, marketing, and management of modern aircraft and the systems that support them. ERAU engages in extensive research and consulting that address the unique needs of aviation, aerospace, and related industries. Residential campuses in Daytona Beach, FL, and Prescott, AZ, provide education in a traditional setting, while Embry-Riddle Worldwide provides instruction through more than 130 classrooms internationally and online.
Founded in 1889 as New Mexico`s flagship institution, the University of New Mexico now occupies nearly 800 acres along old Route 66 in the heart of Albuquerque, a metropolitan area of more than 900,000 people. From the magnificent mesas to the west, past the banks of the historic Rio Grande to the Sandia Mountains to the east, Albuquerque is a blend of culture and cuisine, styles and stories, people, pursuits and panoramas. Offering a distinctive campus environment with a Pueblo Revival architectural theme, the campus buildings echo nearby Pueblo Indian villages. The nationally recognized campus arboretum and the popular duck pond offer an outstanding botanical experience in the midst of one of New Mexico`s great public open spaces.
Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is one of the largest community college districts in the United States, serving more than 200,000 students each year in Maricopa County, Arizona. With 10 colleges in the metropolitan Phoenix area, including a corporate college, and two skills centers, MCCCD is a critical partner in workforce and economic development with MCCCD graduates moving directly into high-demand jobs with skills needed by todays employers including health care, IT, business services, and construction sectors. In an effort to support employers and enhance our students success, Maricopa is building a new model for engaging businesses and assisting students on a pathway to reaching their goals. Through these transformative efforts and partnerships, we will expand work-based experiences for students to learn the skills employers need. The programs offered at MCCCD include those leading to a two-year associate degree, occupational certificates, and university transfer, as well as online classes, dual two-year degrees, and learning for a lifetime. The cost of tuition for Maricopa County residents is $85 per credit hour.
