About the Person

Tristen Herrstrom brings 20 years of experience leading, integrating and building human resource, talent acquisition and real estate functions in healthcare and pharmaceutical service organizations.  Most recently at Qualcare Alliance Networks, Inc. she transformed a tactical HR team into an efficient strategic partner, reducing cost and enhancing service delivery.    In Ms. Herrstrom`s 13 years at inVentiv Health, she established the strategic direction of all resource management functions, including human resources, talent acquisition, facility management, and ensured synergy in company programs, polices, and practices where she integrated more than 25 acquired companies.   Tristen has earned a M.S. Degree in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University and holds a B.S. Degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
