About the Person
Every great company is built on great people, and Tricia G. Young has recruited, managed and helped retain the “best of the best” in key industries in the Southwest. A specialist with more than 20 years of domestic and international human resource experience, primarily in the energy industry, Tricia joined Nine Energy Service in June 2013. She is responsible for the implementation of effective HR initiatives that support the business strategy. Prior to joining Nine, Tricia was the Director of Human Resources at Eagle Rock Energy, an oil and gas company with upstream and midstream operations. She has also held various leadership roles with Trico Marine Group, Endeavour International and Ocean Energy. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston. She is also a Certified Compensation Professional and a Certified Benefits Professional.
