Expertise in full-cycle recruiting of U.S. expatriates, third country and local nationals, including competency-based interviewing and scoring, negotiating compensation and benefits, and distribution of international country allowances. Skilled at assessing departmental needs and implementing appropriate process and procedure. Earlier experience includes career services/job preparation, university consulting in international student services, and managing Fulbright exchange programs. "
