About the Person
Tracey S. Rymer is Oshkosh Corporation vice president, human resource systems & total rewards, a position she was appointed to July 2011. In her role, Ms. Rymer has global responsibility for human resource systems, benefits, compensation, compliance and global employee relations. Since joining the company in 1993, Ms. Rymer has held various positions of increasing responsibility including vice president, corporate human resources; director of human resources, McNeilus; and other additional roles within the Corporate and Defense segments of Oshkosh Corporation. Ms. Rymer has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix. She holds a senior professional human resource certification (SPHR) as well as professional certifications in compensation, benefits, executive coaching and global remuneration.
