About the Person

Tony Espinosa is responsible for driving the talent strategy forward at Des-Case. Working closely with the Company`s leadership team, he is involved in a range of human resources activities focused on recruitment, performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.  He also leads Des-Case IT and Customer Support activities in the organization. Prior to joining Des-Case, Tony served as the corporate Director of Human Resources with J. Alexander’s Corporation. His collective management experience exceeds 20 years, and it has included a broad range of leadership activities focused on Human Resource, customer service, training, and leadership development. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
