About the Person
As the Vice President of Human Resources for Freeman, the nation`s leader in face-to-face marketing, Tommy leads the company`s Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition efforts. His ER Team, consisting of 4 senior level human resource managers, and Talent Acquisition Team, consisting of 7 highly skilled TA professionals, fully supports the entire enterprise while developing/managing the fiscal budgets. His career with Freeman has allowed him to grow and gain experience in all HR related competencies as well as several functional areas within the Company. Tommy was on the ground floor in developing Freeman`s recruiting department, was a lead on a 2 year SAP ERP implementation, worked 4+ years in operations as a branch General Manager and now oversees employee relations and talent acquisition for a 2 billion dollar company! Tommy is truly passionate about his work and the teams he lead. While he enjoys all aspects of his job, the best part of his day is helping others reach their full potential and aligning the company`s resources to deliver on the overall strategic vision.
