Westmount, QC-based Dorel Industries has Resigned Tom Osgood as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer

About the Person

With more than 25 years of global strategic Human Resources and business executive experience, Tom Osgood has worked for financial powerhouses like JP Morgan and Shearson Lehman Brothers, consulting giants like Booz Allen, industry leaders like Schering-Plough and consumer brands like Avon Products and Cannondale.   Throughout his career Tom has ensured that HR strategies and programs reflect and enable key business initiatives. One month Tom might be rolling-out a global talent management program across 16 different offices. Another month he`s in Shanghai launching a new regional brand marketing team. He does it all with the same focus on delivering transformational change to drive business results. In his last role, Tom served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer for Cannondale Sports Unlimited where he reported to the CEO and served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He had overall responsibility for Global HR, Strategic and Operational Planning, Global Communications and Facilities for a group of brands sold in more than 80 countries worldwide.   Tom earned his M.A. in Organizational Development from Columbia University and his B.S. in Management from Binghamton University.
