About the Person
Tom Maddison is the chief human resources officer of Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position to in February 2012. Maddison was named a corporate vice president in July 2010, and appointed a corporate senior vice president in February 2012. Maddison is responsible for the company’s human resource planning, sourcing, talent management, leadership development, pay and rewards, diversity, work environment and industrial relations. Since joining Xerox in 1992, Maddison has held a variety of positions in finance, operations, business services, marketing, and HR management. He served as director of group resources and enterprise marketing in the United Kingdom and as vice president of human resources for Developing Markets Operations. Maddison in 1991 earned his masters degree in industrial design engineering from the Royal College of Art and Imperial College in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science degree in materials engineering from Loughborough University of Technology in the United Kingdom in 1986.
