Louisville, KY-based ResCare Appointed Tom Heetderks as Vice President, Human Resources/Talent Management

 

About the Company

Kentucky-based ResCare has changed it`s name to BrightSpring Health Services, the parent company of a family of brands and services that provides both clinical and nonclinical habilitative care services for people of all ages and health and skill levels, across home and community settings. About the Person

Tom Heetderks is the Vice President, Human Resources/Talent Management for ResCare Corporation in Louisville. He has responsibility for the company`s system-wide talent acquisition/recruiting, training/learning, leadership development, succession planning, HRIS, and corporate HR.    Prior to ResCare, he was Vice President, Strategic Accounts with Kenexa/IBM, where he was the lead consultant on strategic talent initiatives with several Fortune 100 companies. Earlier, he was a Human Resources Executive with PepsiCo/Yum Brands for 15 years. Additionally, at the Kellogg Company, he had the privilege of leading the W.K. Kellogg Leadership Academy, global executive/leadership development and global learning and development. He earned an MA and PhD in I/O Psychology.
