About the Person
Todd Horton is the Director of Workforce Intelligence for Dignity Health in San Francisco, CA. Todd has been with Dignity Health for 12 years and was responsible for building HR's analytics capability which has delivered an integrated employee survey solution through Strategic Management Decisions (SMD), a robust data warehouse for workforce analysis, and operational workforce KPIs and dashboards. Todd leads the new Workforce Intelligence Center of Expertise and manages a team of 7 analysts, consultants and specialists. This CoE is responsible for workforce analysis and insights, workforce planning infrastructure, reporting, benchmarking and employee surveys. By focusing on qualitative and quantitative data with potential for "action-ability" the Workforce Intelligence CoE will deliver insights that inspire the business to make evidenced-based decisions about human capital. Prior to joining Dignity Health, Todd was the Director of HRIS for a large financial services organization and an Associate Director for a large consulting services organization focused on global ERP implementations. Todd holds a SPHR certification.
