Seattle, WA-based Madrona Venture Group appointed Todd Davis as Senior Technical Recruiter
Madrona Venture Group has been investing in early-stage technology companies in the Pacific Northwest since 1995 and has been privileged to play a role in some of the region`s most successful technology ventures. The firm invests across the information technology spectrum, including consumer Internet, commercial software and services, digital media and advertising, networking and infrastructure, and wireless. Madrona currently manages nearly $1 billon and was an early investor in companies such as Amazon.com, Farecast, Isilon Systems, iConclude, and World Wide Packets to name a few.
Todd Davis is the Senior Technical Recruiter at Madrona Venture Capital and he took his first AIRS certification test in the 90`s and he was the first external "Internet Recruiter", as they were called at the time, hired by Microsoft. He have had the opportunity to work with Google, Yahoo!, Starbucks, ADP, a few startups and other great companies during his career. He has trained sourcers and recruiters at various companies. He has spoken at the Talent42 conference, and he is a board member and have spoken for the Sourcing 7 (S7+) organization in Seattle. Additionally, he have been one of the highest rated presenters at SourceCon and will be a part of the SourceCon All Stars conference in March of 2016.
