Tina Semotan is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Franklin Energy. From the corporate trenches to proudly serving our country, Tina Semotan is an innate leader. She holds her position as Officer in Charge of Personnel, Major for the National Guard, as well as internally at Franklin Energy. Semotan oversees the support service functions within the company to include: Human Resources, Facility Operations, Purchasing, Legal, IT, Training and Organizational Development. Her tenure within human resources simply reinforces her ability to stay calm in high pressure, make sharp decisions, listen fairly to each employee and serve Franklin Energy to her fullest capacity. Semotan and her team assure internal efficiencies across Franklin Energy and other acquired organizations, driving to bottom line savings.
