About the Person
Tina L. Myles was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in July of 2014. In this role, she is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the strategic goals of the organization, including talent acquisition and management, focusing on organizational development, and ensuring employees are equipped with the skills necessary to deliver the best service to the children and families we serve. Prior to coming to Pressley Ridge, Tina held positions including: Vice President of Human Resources and In-House Counsel for a dental services organization in New Castle, PA; Vice President of Human Resources for a global contact center organization in Dublin, Ohio; Sr. Director of Human Resources for a contact center organization in Akron, Ohio; and Manager of Employee Relations for Cuyahoga County, Ohio. In these roles, she was responsible for recruitment and hiring; performance development and evaluation; benefits and compensation; employee coaching, counseling and discipline; discharge and unemployment; workers’ compensation; diversity and inclusion; and other areas involving state and federal compliance. Tina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. Additionally, she holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. In 2011, she received the Crain’s Cleveland Business, HR Executive of the Year Award, for a private company.
