About the Person
Timothy Raher is the Vice President Human Resources at Nexius. Tim was previously the Vice President of Human Resources at Ericsson, where he established HR business priorities and drove strategic HR initiatives in the Ericsson Managed Services Organization. Raher has also held senior human resources positions at Alcon Labs/Novartis and Johnson & Johnson. Responsible for driving the Nexius HR strategy, Raher leads the work force planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation/benefits, as well employee engagement. Tim earned his MBA in HR from Lewis University in 1989 and Masters degree in Organizational Management & Development from Dallas Baptist University in 1997.
