About the Person
Tim Neubert has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including 18 years working in Illinois school districts. Tim`s areas of expertise include employee relations and collective bargaining, staffing and recruitment, salary and benefits administration, and systems implementation and administration. Tim has worked with Frontline products for over ten years. He has worked with AppliTrack since 2005, and Aesop since 2006. He has extensive experience with selecting and implementing technology to help school districts in many capacities, such as online substitute placement, enterprise software and safety training systems. Tim earned his Bachelors in Business Ethics from Cornell College (IA) and his Masters in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University (IL). Tim has been active with many professional state and national organizations, including service as a board member for the Illinois Association for Employment in Education and the Illinois Association for School Personnel Administrators. He has also been a member of the American Association for School Personnel Administrators, Society for Human Resource Management, and many other human resources associations.
